In the unlikely event that there are any defects or errors on our part, we offer a replacement at no additional charge. However, please note that we do not generally accept returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. We encourage our customers to double-check their orders before placing them to ensure their complete satisfaction with their purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our top priority is to provide you with the best possible products and services. We stand behind our products and are pleased to offer replacements for the following reasons: if the product is flawed, if the print quality is poor, or if the product received is different from what was represented on our site. To initiate the replacement process, kindly email us at support@trendvoguehub.com and include a photo of the product you received along with other relevant details. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.

For all other requests, please email us at support@trendvoguehub.com, and our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Once we receive your return, kindly allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be processed. Please note that we will not accept unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged, and such items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case you have not received your refund yet, kindly begin by checking your bank account. Next, we suggest that you contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Additionally, it’s a good idea to contact your bank since there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We understand the importance of providing quality products to our customers, and as such, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, kindly send us an email at support@trendvoguehub.com. Our customer service team will assess your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address to send the item back to us.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift and it was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail. However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping

Once your claim is approved, we will send you the return address, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For items with a value over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
